The first MR LATVIA meeting of Administrative staff & Technicians

Alongside the MR LATVIA Kick-off Meeting, an Admin/ Tech Meeting was held on September 16th, 2024 with participation from Centre de RMN a trés hauts champs de Lyon (CNRS-CRMN Lyon), France, CERM/ CIRMMP Infrastructure, Florence, Italy and Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis (LIOS) Riga, Latvia Admin/ Tech Teams: Raphaéle Coulon, Elína Priede, Francesca Morelli etc. The meeting was organised in a discussion format, focusing on MR LATVIA Ways of Working and how it will support the development of NMR infrastructure, collaboration, and research services at LIOS.

Participants also had the opportunity to review the current LIOS NMR facility, gaining first-hand insight into the available laboratory equipment, existing operational procedures, maintenance routines, user access practices, and day-to-day workflows.This overview helped establish a shared understanding of current capacities and highlighted areas where the project may introduce improvements or new initiatives.

The meeting supported smooth integration of MR LATVIA project into LIOS operations and established a clear baseline for the future operation.
